MaryKay The Real Teal

Hello Muggles.

Sorry I've been MIA...I haven't been feeling well.

While teal may be the color of gangrene, I adore it!

Marykay has some pretty wonderful products and this eyeliner is definitely one of them. If you're new to the blog...or my life... you may not know that I like some pretty funky makeup. Brightly colored eyeliner is seriously right up my alley.

The one thing that I don't like about this product is the applicator. While other liners have flexible brush applicators, this brush tend to stay stiff. A stiff brush is good for people that aren't trying to put this color on their waterlines...which is what I love to do. So when I use this product, I can only put it on my lid without hurting myself.

The plus side to the stiff brush is that it makes the lines pretty straight.

Here's the whole look together.

I would honestly recommend any MaryKay product. They don't test their product on animals and they don't use any human tissue in their makeup.

If you're like me, you know at least 15 people that sell the stuff, so definitely look at their catalog. I will admit that if you want to buy an eye shadow, I'd definitely by a primer. Using the shadow alone isn't very pigmented.
